you, to love your parents and every parent in this world.
You should always keep loving and enjoy your life with
love. Tell your parents or elders to receive this email print

give it to you. You can share our SAI BALA with all your
friends. If you do
not understand any big words, ask your parents they will help
you. Your
parent is your immediate GOD. OBEY THEM WITH LOVE. SATHYA SAI
BABA WILL
PROTECT YOU. Jai Sai Ram.

If you wish to build up a permanent relationship with God, you
must
strengthen these sathwick tendencies. And only when all men
take
sathwick (pure vegetarian) food will men of all minds and all
kinds be able to
establish a bond of brotherhood among themselves.
If a dog has fever, it will refuse food, but man ignores even
the
warning of the doctor and eats on the sly. Through dieting
alone, birds and
beasts set their health alright. But man lives on tables and
pills and
injections.
Do not waste food, because food is God, life is God, and man
is born
from food. Food is the main source of man’s life, body and
character.

FOOD, THOUGHT AND ACTION.
My name is John. I am wearing a yellow shirt. My friend’s name
is
Rama. He is wearing a blue shirt.
My self and Rama went to Leela’s house. She is wearing a green
shirt.
Leela has a little brother who is very active and playful.
Her
brother’s name is Suhail.
Suhail is very little. The house is full of toys. All the toys kept
in all places.
Leela is very upset. She has to clean the house.
Suhail runs and Leela runs after him.
Suhail falls from the stool and Rama saves him.
Suhail jumps in to the water bath and Leela takes Suhail out.
Leela is very upset. Rama is thinking what to do.
I think we all need some food.
GOOD FOOD, GOOD THOUGHTS,
GOOD THOUGHTS, GOOD ACTION.
We all remembered Sai Baba said that.
We all went shopping and bought vegetables and fruits.
We all went to the kitchen and made bread toast and soup.
Suhail was now happy. We are all happy.
