You should always keep loving and enjoy your life with
love. Tell your parents or elders to receive this email print it and give it
to you. You can share our SAI BALA with all your friends. If you do not
understand any big words, ask your parents they will help you. Your parent
is your immediate GOD. OBEY THEM WITH LOVE. SATHYA SAI BABA WILL PROTECT

BHAGAWAN SRI SATHYA SAI BABA ON RESTORING THE BALANCE

Man is a pilgrim set on a long journey; he has started from the stone, moved
on to the vegetable and the animal, and has now come to the human stage. He
has still a long way to go to reach the Divine, and so he should not tarry.
Every moment is precious; every step must take him further and nearer. Those
born in India are really fortunate, for millions have gone along that road,
here, and there are available many kind guides who can lead you along the
easiest and the shortest paths. They tell you the address of the place
wherefrom you have come; for, you have forgotten it and so you are helpless
when asked about it. They tell you also the goal which you ought to reach,
when the toil of travel is over; and of the enticing attractions on the way,
which you must avoid. Jai Sai Ram.

Surrender to Me only. When that surrender is complete and all acts, words;
thoughts are dedicated to the Lord along with their consequences, then He
has promised that He will free you from sin and sorrow.

CHILDREN'S STORY FOR THE WEEK BY BHAGAWAN SRI SATHYA SAI BABA

TRUE SURRENDER

Let us pick up the story when Rama, Sita and Lakshmana reached the mountain
area of Chitrakuta. Now, the Lord will always be carrying on some Leela,
some playful sport; He is the perfect actor. He never has any sorrow or pain
whatsoever, but sometime He will act as though He had such feelings.
Whenever God comes down in human form He acts this way in order to conduct
Himself in a completely natural way as man. The human form is taken on by
him so that He can be easily accessible to people. On that particular day,
Rama acted as though He was very tired. He was removing the sweat from His
brow and telling Lakshmana, Lakshmana, I am so tired; I don’t think I will
be able to go any further. Please put up a hut somewhere nearby, so that we
can take a little rest.

Lakshmana asked Rama, Brother, where shall we have this cottage? Rama said,
You can decide for yourself which place will be most appropriate, and then
just put it up. Lakshmana responded, Rama! Rama! What have I done? What is
my error? What sins have I committed to hear these words? Please let me know
why You have spoken to me like this. Now, Rama knew the mind of Lakshmana
and so He knew why Lakshmana was saying this, but, in order to help Sita
understand the level of Lakshmana’s surrender, Rama said, Lakshmana, please
tell Me what is troubling you. What have I said that has made you feel so
much pain?

Lakshmana replied I have given up everything. I have given up wife, mother,
father, kingdom, everything. I have come along with You feeling that You are
the father, that Sita is the mother, and that wherever You are is our
beautiful capital city of Ayodya. I have come only to implement Your will. I
have given up my own individual will, and now You ask me to construct a hut
and choose the place in which to build it Your command is my only thought; I
have no other thoughts than that. Whatever is Your will, I will do. My only
duty is to obey You. My only goal, truly my everything, is You, Yourself.
Sita realized the depth of Lakshmana’s devotion and surrender, and she asked
Rama to relieve Lakshmana’s distress by designating the site for the hut,
Himself.

The basic lesson of this story is that man should not have any desires of
any kind. Everything belongs to God, and only to God. Surrender means
implicitly following the commands given to you by he Lord. This is what is
meant by the declaration. Come and sit in My train and I will look after
you. Let go of your ego-sense and desire. Don’t carry your baggage on your
head and suffer. In this context, Krishna taught surrender as the highest
and most important stage of devotion. Once you have surrendered yourself
fully to the Lord, you will gain His grace. Wherever you are, be it in a
town, in a village, in a forest or in the sky, I will be your refuge. Come
and surrender to Me! That is the command of the Lord, and that is also His
promise. Once you are His, He will shelter you and protect you from all
harm.

Make every effort to discover the right way to surrender yourself, and
thereby sanctify your life and reach the goal.

QUESTIONS YOU CAN ASK YOUR PARENTS, ELDERS OR FIND BY YOUR SELF ARE:-

1) There is nothing called mine and yours everything is god’s. Does that
mean you got to take care everybody or just leave everything to god’s will,
and simply do nothing, or do both following your own consciousness?
2) Avatar is a human form of god comes to earth to help people. Rama has to
act according to Lakshmana’s understanding. Have you experienced Sai Baba
dealing with his devotees in the same manner?
3) In life at any moment of time, if god wants you to do something. Will you
have a choice for your own or just obey god simply accepting as that is the
best possible for you at that point of time understood by god beyond your
level of understanding by your little mind?
4) Do we have to continue seek to surrender our self to god. So that we can
have less worries and troubles in our heads?
5) Lakshmana in this story went to the forest to serve and help his brother
in spite he had all materialistic wealth behind him back home. At difficult
times helping God is the best form of service we can do in this earth, as
god really lives in the heart of true devotees, whose thought word and
action are same at all times. Do you like to lead a life like this, or just
freak your self out in roads?
